Most bathroom problems start underneath the tiles.
A bathroom renovation is really a plumbing job with finishes on top. The rough-in has to be set out correctly before a single tile is ordered, the falls have to be right or the water sits, and the waterproofing has to be done to standard or you'll be pulling the room apart again in five years. When a plumber runs the job, those decisions are made first and everything else is built around them.
We manage the whole renovation ourselves and coordinate the trades directly, so you're dealing with one company and one quote rather than chasing a tiler who's waiting on a waterproofer who's waiting on us. You get an agreed timeline, and someone who answers the phone when you ring about it.

Consult & Measure
We visit, measure up, and talk through what you want, what's realistic in the space, and what the existing plumbing will and won't allow.
Fixed-Price Quote
You get an itemised fixed-price quote covering every trade and every fixture. No provisional sums that quietly grow.
Strip-Out
The old bathroom comes out, waste is removed, and the space is prepared. Dust protection goes up before anything is touched.
Rough-In & Waterproofing
New pipework is set out and installed, falls are formed, and waterproofing is applied and certified before tiling starts. This is the stage that determines whether the bathroom lasts.
Tiling & Fit-Off
Walls and floors tiled, then tapware, vanity, shower screen, toilet and accessories installed and commissioned.
Handover
Final silicone, full clean, everything tested in front of you, and your waterproofing and compliance documentation handed over.

Layout changes
Keeping fixtures roughly where they are is the most cost-effective renovation. Moving the toilet or shower means new drainage set into the floor, which is a bigger job.
Fixture and tile selection
The same bathroom can vary enormously depending on tapware, tile size and finish. We'll show you where the money makes a visible difference and where it doesn't.
What's behind the wall
Older homes sometimes hide corroded pipework, previous waterproofing failures or unlevel substrates. We quote on what we can see and tell you immediately if we find something.
Every renovation is quoted as a fixed price after an on-site measure. You'll know the number before we start.
